21 Pubs Pale Ale
Peaking in the 1990s, this boozy fun run saw groups of mates pulling on their shorts and fluro mesh singlets, clipping up cash-filled bum bags and running a 16-kilometre course through inner Brisbane, stopping at 21 pubs along the way for a pot. As the story goes, runners were paired-up to make sure their run buddy didn’t cheat, both the run and the beer quota. The 21 Pubs Pale Ale is our cheers to these fine athletic specimens. A refreshing, medium-bodied and hard-working American pale ale.
